His work in present day revolves around representing institutional and private funds as well as family offices in managing their commercial real estate assets. He also began his own company last year managing residential real estate assets for family trusts.
The path towards this point was not direct; however, as his professional experience has spanned across hospitality development, journalism, advertising, marketing, and the real estate industry in many generalities.
Having worked in the competitive environments of companies such as Russ Reid, Coca-Cola North America, Kennedy Wilson Properties, and Christie鈥檚 International Real Estate, the opportunity to sink or swim has been ever present as Joseph has navigated the waters of different industries. His life raft, at many times, being the experiential knowledge gained through the opportunities and tutelage provided him during his time at California State Long Beach, and a consistent reapplication of those growth metrics to new opportunities.
