Mission
The mission of the Trans and Queer Staff and Faculty Affinity Group at ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉú is to facilitate community-building, resource development, and advocacy for all faculty and staff members of our (a)gender, (a)sexual, and (a)romantic communities. We see equity with regard to gender, sexual, racial, ethnic, disability, and economic justice as intertwined, and we are committed to pursuing intersectional approaches to recruitment, retention, professional development, and all other aspects of campus engagement. Through this lens, we seek to identify and implement strategies that provide support for professionals and students on our campus to achieve their goals.
