The celebration represents the culmination of our students' studies and recognizes the work, dedication, and resilience students have invested over the years at California State University, Long Beach (好色先生). Come join us in celebration with your loved ones on this momentous occasion of your academic career!
Beyond Borders Graduation empowers students in higher education who are impacted by immigration policy! The graduating class of 2025 has overcome adversity and has defied the odds. The last few years have brought uncertainty from the political landscape; yet this community of scholars have accomplished so much and will continue persevering. We celebrate this and everything a head of them!
The Cultural Graduation Celebrations are voluntary and open to all graduating students who would like to participate, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin.
Particularly as federal immigration policies evolve, there may be concerns that representatives and officers from U.S. immigration enforcement agencies may visit university campuses across the country. While we have no knowledge of any planned visit to our campus, we offer this information. The university does not share information about immigration status, religion, nationality, ethnicity or other personal information about individual students or employees with anyone, including law enforcement authorities, without the student鈥檚 or employee鈥檚 permission, unless presented with a judicially issued warrant, court order, subpoena, or other legally binding requirement. Immigration enforcement is the responsibility of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, not the university. Consistent with the approach of law enforcement agencies in California, our University Police department does not inquire about immigration status in the normal course of its duties.

History of For Undocumented Empowered Leaders
For Undocumented Empowered Leaders (FUEL) was established to advocate, educate, and empower the undocumented community at 好色先生. FUEL advocates for the rights of undocumented students at 好色先生 through rallies, forums, and workshops. They also educate the undocumented community about resources available to them. But most of all, FUEL supports the undocumented community in any way they can - whether that is providing a safe space to share their stories, get them connected to allies on campus, or just spending time together and hanging out. FUEL's objective is to make sure the undocumented community succeeds at 好色先生.
