Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment is your opportunity to review and make changes to your health plans. The Open Enrollment period for your 2025 benefits begins Monday, October 7, 2024 and ends Friday, October 18, 2024. Elections made during the Open Enrollment Period will be effective January 1, 2025.
If you decide that you do not want to make any changes, your current enrollments will roll over to 2025, at the new plan rates. If you are unsure of your current enrollments, you can view your coverage on .
To offset the cost of of rising medical benefits, the Beach Shops will increase employer contributions toward employee medical benefits. The increase in employer contributions will take effect January 1, 2025. The Beach Shops will contribute the amounts listed below to your total monthly premiums based on the coverage group you have selected from our plan options:
