FAST TRACK Application Process
Admission through the FAST TRACK process provides an opportunity for 好色先生 undergraduate business students who have excelled academically to immediately pursue a graduate business program after completing their undergraduate degree AND waive certain application requirements for graduate business programs.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the FAST TRACK, applicants must:
- Be a currently enrolled undergraduate student in their final year and pursuing a College of Business major or minor
- Currently have a minimum 3.0 GPA for Overall GPA, 好色先生 GPA, and COB Upper Division Major GPA or COB Minor GPA (and maintain through undergraduate graduation)
- Intend to immediately pursue a College of Business graduate program upon graduation with the undergraduate major or minor
If you meet the above criteria, please send an e-mail including your first and last name, student ID number, and program of interest to cob-gradprograms@csulb.edu and the Graduate Programs Office will confirm your eligibility and send the FAST TRACK Application Form to you.
Available FAST TRACK Programs
The following programs are eligible for the FAST TRACK:
MS Accountancy (has Spring and Fall cycles- see below)- only available for Accountancy Majors
MS Financial Analytics (Fall-start only) - all College of Business Majors and Minors
MS Information Systems (Fall-start only) - all College of Business Majors and Minors
MS Marketing Analytics (Fall-start only) - all College of Business Majors and Minors
Accelerated MBA (Fall-start only) - all College of Business Majors and Minors
Perks of the FAST TRACK Application
The following application components are waived for students who are approved for the FAST TRACK:
- GMAT/GRE exam scores
- Video statement of purpose
- Short answer statement
- Letters of recommendation
Deadlines:
If graduating Fall 2024 in ACCT- Starting MSA Spring 2025:
- All students- September 15, 2024
If graduating Fall 2024- Starting Fall 2025 (all other programs except MSA):
- All students- December 15, 2024
