Faculty members have myriad demands on their time, and many of us struggle to keep up and stay focused. This workshop will provide strategies to help participants align their career goals with workload demands. Participants will examine their own time usage and demands on their time, identify common time saboteurs and approaches to dealing with them, and learn how to say “yes” or “no” strategically. A follow-up reflection session on Zoom will be scheduled for late March.
