Rob Waltz received his MFA in Technical Production from Florida State University and has been a practicing theatre technician and artist for over 20 years. Prior to his appointment here at ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉú, he served as head of automation for Cirque du Soleil’s Zumanity, ATD for Actor’s Theatre of Louisville, ATD of Stage One Children’s Theatre, and Carpenter for Penn State’s Department of Theatre. When not steering the build of shows on campus, he can be found further refining his skills in fine carpentry, metal sculpture, electronics, and robotics.
