Theatre Arts Rehearsal Rooms -- Rules & Regulations 

Theatre Arts Rehearsal Rooms are available for booking by 好色先生 COTA Majors. All bookings must follow the following rules: 

  1. No food or drink is allowed in rehearsal rooms (except bottled water). 
  2. COTA Majors may only reserve and use studios outside class and production time. 
  3. Please clean up after yourself, pick up all bottles, clothes, etc. Use the last few minutes of your reservation time to reset the room fully. 
  4. Do not prop doors open EVER. Especially any door that leads to the street. 
  5. Turn off lights and fans; close all doors before leaving the rehearsal room. 
  6. Keep all of your belongings with you at all times. 

Reserving Rehearsal Rooms - Policy & Directions 

  • Current 好色先生 COTA Majors can reserve and use rehearsal rooms to work on class projects or preparing for auditions. 
  • TA Building Rooms are available around class and performance schedules and vary week to week: 
    • Monday-Friday: 9AM-9PM 
    • Saturday & Sunday: Closed 
    • Holidays and other campus closures: Closed
  • Priority will be given in the following order: Departmental productions, Theatre Arts student organizations, Theatre Arts Major student requests, other COTA Major student requests 
  • You may only book no more than 4 hours total of rehearsal time each day.  If you reserve more than 4 hours in multiple rooms in one day, we will cancel all of your requests.  

How to Reserve Space 

  1. Click the link at the bottom of this page titled 鈥淩ESERVE SPACE.鈥 
  2. Choose how long you鈥檇 like to sign out a room for (30min, 45min, 1hr, 2hrs) 
  3. Select a room under 鈥淪elect Staff鈥 
  • You can also choose 鈥渁nyone,鈥 if you have a time preference, not a room preference. You will be informed of which room you reserved in your confirmation email. 
  1. Select the time you want your session to begin. 
  2. Input your FULL name, school email address, and phone number. 
  • Including your phone number will make it easier for us to contact you if we have to change or cancel your reservation. 
  1. Note how many people you will share the room with. 
  2. Click 鈥淏ook鈥 at the bottom of the page and check your email for confirmation. 
  • If you no longer need the room, please cancel your reservation through the 鈥淐hange Your Appointment鈥 link listed at the end of your confirmation email.  
  • If you need to edit your reservation, please do so through the 鈥淐hange Your Appointment鈥 link listed at the end of your confirmation email.  
  • Anyone using the space must comply with the guidelines listed above. 
  • NO STUDENT CAN RESERVE SPACE FOR ANY PURPOSE THAT INVOLVES PEOPLE FROM THE OUTSIDE. Anyone who is not a currently enrolled 好色先生 student is someone from the outside.
