Wellness Hub
Welcome to the Project Resilience Wellness Hub! Our goal is to provide comprehensive resources and support tailored to the unique needs of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander (AANHPI), first-generation, and low-income students at 好色先生.
At the Wellness Hub, we believe that wellness is a holistic journey that touches every part of your life. We鈥檙e here to guide you with culturally competent resources designed to help you thrive. From stress management techniques and mental health services to community-building opportunities and academic support, our resources are crafted to address the specific challenges faced by AANHPI students and empower you to succeed.
To support your well-being, we've organized our resources into six key categories:
- Social Resources: Tools and opportunities to build meaningful connections, foster a sense of belonging, and strengthen your community support network.
- Emotional Resources: Culturally competent mental health services, stress management techniques, and self-care practices to support your emotional well-being.
- Academic Resources: Guidance and support to help you navigate your academic journey, including study tips, tutoring, and strategies for academic success.
- Career Resources: Information and services to help you explore career options, develop professional skills, and prepare for your future career path.
- Physical Resources: Resources to promote your physical health, including fitness programs, nutrition advice, and healthcare services.
- Financial Resources: Assistance and information on managing finances, accessing scholarships, and finding financial aid to support your educational goals.
