Our newly-renovated Mixing Suite (CINE-217) and Foley Stage (CINE-222/222A/222B) are now available!

  • All users must complete and sign a current , which includes having read and agreed to the safety, cleaning, and reservation guidelines.
  • Walk-ins are acceptable subject to host availability but reservations always take priority.
  • It is strongly recommended that reservations are submitted at least 24 - 48 hours in advance.
  • Available resources are outlined in the Facilities / Resources section below.
  • While a specific OS platform may be requested, availability during requested reservation time may not be available.
  • Specific lab hosts cannot be reserved.
  • Post Lab hours may change and access to lab hosts may be cancelled or modified at any time.

To make a reservation request, you must have completed and signed CINE Student Computer Use Agreement Form as detailed above.

Please be certain to complete all questions and fields as they are all required.

Also, you MUST specify your preferred reservation date / time and ONE ALTERNATE.

You will be notified of your reservation status via email.

NOTE: For sound suites (mixing and foley), reservations require instructor approval.  We will contact your instructor via email once we receive your reservation request.  If approved, we will dispatch a confirmation.

Upon arrival to the CINE-210 Post Open Lab, please check in at the service desk.

For sound suite appointments (mixing and foley), please check in at the CINE-210 Post Open Lab service desk as well.

You will be required to present your student ID to confirm your reservation.

Please note:

  • You must provide your own data storage (hard disk drive).
  • You must provide and use headphones if your coursework includes sound.

Post Production Open Computer Lab (CINE-210)

  • eight iMac Pro, equivalent to SSC-060 hosts
  • seven HP Z4 Windows 10, equivalent to SSC-050 hosts
  • one HP Z4 Windows 10 with full Blackmagic Design Studio
  • one iMac Pro with full Blackmagic Design Studio
  • two iMac Pros, includes iZotope RX noise reduction suite
  • one iMac Pro, includes Pluraleyes 4 audio / video sync software
  • four Dell AIO 7770 Windows 10, same software load as SSC-050
  • one HP Z4 DCP authoring host (please contact Robert)

Our newly-renovated sound suites are now available, albeit in a limited, temporary setup:

Post Production Mixing / VO Suite (CINE-217/219)

  • one iMac Pro, includes Pro Tools HD, all Avid plug-ins, Izotope RX and Waves Gold
  • Avid HD Omni I/O
  • Avid S3 controller
  • Avid Dock controller
  • 5.1 surround monitoring

Post Production Foley Stage (CINE-222/222A/222B)

  • one iMac Pro, includes Pro Tools Studio
  • Tascam US-1608 I/O
  • two channel monitoring
